If you contact us regarding the availability of a kitten, a future litter, delivery arrangements, conditions of acquisition or another matter connected with a possible later reservation or purchase, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps requested by you before entering into a contract outside the website.

When you submit a form, we process your full name, email address, telephone number, country, selected subject and message, together with any relevant context relating to a particular kitten, cat or litter.
This information is used only for the purpose of receiving and responding to your enquiry, managing your request and, where relevant, continuing communication about a possible later reservation, acquisition or delivery arrangement outside the website.
Because Royal Esprit Burmese Cattery communicates with interested owners internationally and may need to discuss availability, delivery arrangements and practical details efficiently, a telephone number is required as part of the enquiry form.
If you request communication through a messaging application or another contact channel, we may use the contact details you have provided to respond through that channel.
We do not use contact form data for unsolicited advertising or unrelated marketing communications.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact forms to protect the website from spam and automated abuse.
When you interact with a protected form, Cloudflare may process technical and browser related information necessary to determine whether a submission is likely to originate from a human user or from automated traffic. The verification result is checked on the server before an enquiry can be delivered through the contact form.
Turnstile is used only for security and abuse prevention purposes. It is not used by us for advertising or marketing profiling.

7. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregated information about website traffic and performance.
According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics:

- Does not fingerprint individual visitors for the purpose of displaying analytics.

Our website and database hosting infrastructure is located within the European Union. Our email infrastructure is located in Croatia.
Cloudflare is a global service provider. In connection with Cloudflare security services, Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Web Analytics, personal data or technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Where processing involves a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are subject to applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards made available under Cloudflare’s data protection framework, including relevant adequacy mechanisms and contractual safeguards where required.
